Dr. Jasmine Carroll is an effective, results-driven senior leader with over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, customer relation, analyzing market trends, and leadership development. She is currently the founding Executive Director of the Gas It Up Foundation (GIUF). In this role, Dr. Jasmine Carroll is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the overall GIUF mission, which is to end generational poverty by empowering underrepresented communities by exposing youth to careers in science, technology, engineering, math, and entrepreneurship, as well as providing opportunities for homeownership. She works with the Board of Directors, staff, and stakeholders to develop the future strategic direction of GIUF and oversees the execution and communication of that strategy across the organization and with corporate partners. Dr. Jasmine Carroll also oversees the financial sustainability of the GIUF to ensure the long-term success of the Foundation’s mission.
Dr. Jasmine Carroll obtained her Bachelors of Science in Family Consumer Sciences from California State University Northridge. In 2011 Dr. Carroll obtained her Masters's in Business Administration. In 2019, she earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership.
Prior to GIUF, Dr. Jasmine Carroll was the Vice President of Finance for C&G Equipment Leasing, where she was responsible for overseeing all financial matters of the organization, ensuring payroll is completed on time, and analyzing market trends. In 2011 she was the Supervisor at Social Security Administration. At this position, she successfully led a team of 20.
Dr. Jasmine Carroll is a member of the Montgomery County Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. She also sits on the board of the Agronomed Pharmaceutical Foundation.
Dana Hudson Walters is a take-charge professional with the ability to manage administration and logistics in a busy environment. She has over 20 years of sales & management work experience within the staffing industry, is a volunteer coordinator of over 400 individuals for a community arts festival, and a non-profit strategist. Trusted as an advisor and partner to leading organizations fundraising and capital campaigns, Dana strategizes with board members and CEOs to meet their goals. She utilizes innovative digital media and new technology to promote their organization effectively. Dana has acquired a variety of skills over the years. She has a degree in Teacher Education. She is a professional photographer, graphic designer and utilizes new and social media platforms. Dana lives in Ambler, PA with her husband of 25 years, daughter and son.
